Ohio's 2021 Opiate and Other Drug Conference: Exploring Better Pathways for Care

Event Description
The Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities, in partnership with the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, will host Ohio’s 2021 Opiate and Other Drugs Conference: Exploring Better Pathways for Care on May 11-13, 2021. This will be Ohio’s eleventh annual Opiate Conference and its first ever virtual Opiate Conference experience. The conference will focus on opiates, stimulants, and other substance use disorders, specifically on efforts related to prevention, education, intervention, treatment, recovery, family supports, community engagement, and more.

This event will bring behavioral health and allied professionals together for three days of education related to the opiate epidemic and emerging drug trends. Ohio’s 2021 Opiate and Other Drugs Conference will focus on treatment, prevention, recovery supports, medication-assisted treatment, criminal justice, and more!  This event will take place May 11-13, 2021 and will be completely virtual.


Continuing education credits are in process.
More information on continuing education will soon be available.

Conference programming will begin at 9:00 AM (EST) on May 11, May 12, and May 13. The final session will end at 4:00 PM (EST) each day.

Terms & Conditions:
Payment, or arrangements for payment, must be made prior to the event. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion of the electronic registration process, but you will not be officially registered to attend the conference until payment has been received and you have gotten a receipt of payment.

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a final confirmation email and instructions on how to access and use the virtual event platform. Thank you again for registering to attend Ohio's 2021 Opiate and Other Drug Conference!

Cancellations must be made in writing/email to Michaella Radich at mradich@oacbha.org by 5:00 PM on May 4, 2021. A cancellation fee of $10 will be charged for all cancellations received on or before May 4. Cancellations received after May 4 will not be refunded. Registrants wishing to transfer their registration to another individual must send a written request by May 4.
