Ohio's 2024 Mental Health & Addiction Conference: Building the System of Care

Event Description
Ohio’s 2024 Mental Health & Addiction Conference: Building the System of Care will be hosted by the Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities (OACBHA), in partnership  with  the  Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, and the Ohio Department of Health. OACBHA is pleased to continue to expand on the successes of our 13 prior Opiate Conferences and we are excited to announce that this year’s conference will shift to a broader focus and will address both mental health and addiction topics. Based on attendee feedback, this 14th annual, two-day conference will focus on efforts related to mental health, opiate, and other addiction prevention, education, intervention, treatment, recovery, family supports, community engagement, and more. The conference will highlight Governor Mike DeWine’s investment in the mental health & wellbeing of Ohioans.

This event will bring approximately 1,200 attendees together for two full days of education related to mental health and addiction. This event will take place June 3-4, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown
Columbus, Ohio. 

Continuing education credits are in process for the following license holders:

  • Prevention Professionals 
  • Counselors 
  • Psychologists 
  • Peer Supporters 
  • Attorneys
  • Physicians 
  • Probation Officers 

June 3, 2024

Terms & Conditions:
Payment, or arrangements for payment, must be made prior to the event. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion of the electronic registration process, but you will not be officially registered to attend the conference until payment has been received and you have gotten a receipt of payment.

We will not accept payment or walk-in registrations at the event.

You will receive a final confirmation of your registration once your payment has been processed. Thank you again for registering to attend Ohio's 2024 Mental Health and Addiction Conference!

Cancellations must be made in writing/email to Todd Hollett at thollett@oacbha.org. A cancellation fee of $10 will be charged for all cancellations received prior to May 17, 2024. Cancellations received after May 17th  will not be refunded.
